Fabrics & Styles :: How to Order
Fabrics?
|
|
|
|
|
|
In the Fabrics Selection area on the left side of the page, choose Shirt by clicking
on the sign.
Now you will see several fabric types, including Blends, Single-Ply Cotton, Pinpoint
Oxford, on down the column. Choose one of these fabric types by clicking on the
sign next to it.
Next, you’ll see several fabric styles, such as Solids, Stripes and Checks. Click
on the sign next to the style you want and you will see a range of collections in
that fabric.
Click on the any of the collection names to select the ones you want to look at.
Now you will see a range of swatches that represent the fabric and color choices.
Check the boxes of the ones you like and then click on Continue. You are now of
the Styles Selection page.
Your fabrics have been added to your Shopping Cart. (You can see them on the right
side of the every order flow pages.) It’s easy to make changes or remove items from
the Cart. You can also go to View Cart and make changes there. To remove an item
easily, you can click on the little trash ( ) symbol next to fabrics in the shopping
cart preview panel.

Fabrics & Styles :: Adding customizing
details to Your Shirt

When you get to the bottom of the page, check the box next to Save Style.
Choose a name for the shirt style you have created and enter it. (Give it a name
like John’s Traditional Shirt.) Once you save this personal style, it will be kept
for you will be easy to find next time you go to this page. At the bottom of the
page you can add specific comments to assist the tailor in completing your shirts.
At this point, it's easy to add more shirts to your order. You can go back and make
another fabric selection and follow the steps above. Or click Continue to proceed
to your next step: the Measurement page. .
Another convenient way to shop…
Some customers like to choose favorite colors when they arrive at the Order Today
page. You can do that, too. Just put checks in the boxes next to the colors that
appeal to you. Then click Add to Wish List button (you need a MyTailor.com account
now.). These colors will be stored for you so you can come back to them and complete
the ordering process at your convenience.
Changing your mind
You never need to stop and start all over. When you get to your Shopping Cart page
later in the process, you will have an opportunity to make changes to each Item
and quantity.
You can even go back and add more shirts by clicking Add Fabrics.

More than One Fabric
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Once you arrive on the fabric page of your choice (shirts, slacks, etc.), you can
choose as many of the fabrics as you wish. Each will be added to your shopping cart
so you can view them later. Each fabric you choose is customizable to your specific
preferences. No two shirts have to be alike!
Select the fabric by either clicking on the fabric swatch and selecting add
to cart, or by placing your mouse over the fabric swatch and clicking
on the icon of the shopping cart. Not sure about that fabric? You can always
add to wishlist after you select the shopping cart icon.

the Quality of Our Fabrics

All of our fabrics are produced in the highest quality mills, most of which are
located in Italy and England, with pre-crafted yarns. Our quality fabrics are shipped
from locations to produce the finest custom-tailored shirts and suits for you.
MyTailor carries some of the finest lines of shirting fabric such as Thomas
Mason, Tessitura Monti, and David and John Anderson.
For suiting, we carry high quality fabrics such as Dormeuil, LoroPiana, ErmenegildoZegna,
and Holland and Sherry.

Tour Schedule :: Using the Map
|
|
|

Click on the Tour Schedules tab located at the top of the site
to be directed to the tour map. The states in which there are current schedules
for are highlighted in green; to view the itinerary for a state, click on that state
and you will be provided with the representative’s schedule.
Our representatives travel to most major cities once every two to three months.
If you do not currently see any dates and would like to be contacted about dates
near you when it is announced, you can sign up to receive information on the next
visit by clicking Stay Informed on the top right corner of the
Tour Schedules page.

Tour Schedule :: Checking the Schedule
|
|

Click on the state that you are located in or wish to make the appointment in. From
there, you will be able to view the representative’s schedule for that state. If
a representative was recently in the state, he will not have an itinerary ready
to view until the representative schedules dates in approximately two to three months
from the original date.
|

Tour Schedule :: Learning About
Future Visits
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can learn about future visits to your state by clicking on the state and entering
your information on the Stay Informed pop-up window provided. When
a representative is heading to your area next, an e-mail will be sent with the dates
and hotel information for the representative’s visit.
Or you can click on your preferred city located on the right side of the screen
where current dates will appear or Keep Me Informed to sign up
for our mailing list for the next time the representative is in your area.

Tour Schedule :: Personal Appointments
with Joe Hemrajani

To find Mr. Hemrajani, type in Joe Hemrajani in the Salesman
box provided under Itinerary, which is highlighted in
orange, and click Filter Itinerary . A list of Joe’s locations
will be available for you to view below. Unless otherwise noted, Joe visits the
following locations on a seasonal basis: New York Metropolitan, Chicago, Northern
California, and Southern California.
To make a personal appointment with Joe or any of our other representatives, click
on the city under the state of your choice and a pop-up window
will appear where you can personally make an appointment by filling out the fields
provided. You can also make an appointment with Joe or any of the other representatives
by calling our toll-free Customer Service number at (800) 466-7133.

Your Account :: Viewing Your Account
|
|
|
|
|
|

Viewing your account is simple. If you are already signed in, clicking on My
Account will guide you to the default home page. If you are not signed
in, you can sign in or create an account by clicking on My Account
icon on the top right corner of the page. From there you can see your personal details,
order history, etc.

To sign in to the website, click on My Account on the top right corner of the site.If you are a new customer, you will have to create an account before you can sign into the site. To create a new account, click on Create Account in My Account. Once you have signed in you are ready to shop MyTailor!

You can create an account by selecting My Account on the top right corner of the site. Click on Create Account and get started with MyTailor.com! You can also customize your shirt and upon entering your styles and measurements, you will be prompted to sign-in or create an account.

Want us to remember your log-in/password next time you visit MyTailor.com? Not a problem. Please select this option and the next time you are here we will remember your account. Not recommended for public computers.

Your Account :: Changing Personal Information

Personal information such as address, e-mail and payment information can be changed by logging in and viewing your profile. On the View Profile page you will see options to edit corresponding information such as address, credit card and e-mail. Enter the information you need to change and click Update.

Your Account :: Your Orders

To view your Order History, click on the Order History tab on the
left side under Order Information. From there you can select which order to view
by selecting a specific order from the drop-down window. To view your entire order
history with MyTailor.com, click on My Wardrobe under Order Information.
This will list all the orders you have had with MyTailor.com. To view specific order
information, click on View Details.

Wardrobe :: Tracking Your Order
|

You can track the status of your order by signing into your account through the
My Account page. You can access your order details through
Order History or My Wardrobe. Clicking on order details
for a particular order will load your item details and the estimated arrival date
for the order. The status of whether it has been dispatched, sent to quality control,
given to tailor, etc. should also be listed.

Measurements :: Quick Solution:
Standard Sizing

|
|
|
|
MyTailor.com makes it easy to customize your shirt sizing by offering the option
of selecting standard sizing of your shirt and entering a few simple details such
as height, weight, neck size and sleeve measurement. Our tailors will customize
it from there!

Measurements :: Ordering the Same
Fit you ordered before
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Returning customers can easily order the same measurements as previous orders. You
have the options of selecting measurements from previous orders with or without
changes. Need to add ½” to the neck? Select Match my last shirt from (order
no.) with changes . Fell in love completely with that last shirt and
don’t need any changes? Select My Last Shirt from (order no.) fit perfect, match
it.
Want to start a new and forget all the old measurements? No problem, just select
Take New Measurement .

Measurements :: Oversize Charges
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Oversize shirts require extra material and tailoring. Here are the additional costs
that apply:
Chest 51" to 54" add 5%
Chest 55" to 58" add 8%
Chest 59" to 62" add 13%
Chest 63" to 66" add 18%
Chest 67" to 74" add 24%

Measurements :: Save Your Sizes
for Future Orders
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
All you measurements will be saved for you once an order is placed. You will always
have the option of choosing the same measurements from a specific order with or
without changes. You also have the option of saving by custom naming your measurements
for future use at the bottom of the sizing page by selecting the check box “Save
this as your measurement “ and creating a name for your measurement. The next time
you arrive at the sizing page you may select the Use My Saved Sizes
option.

Order Details :: Viewing Your Cart
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
There are several ways to view the items in the shopping cart. While browsing for fabrics you can select the View Cart button on the right hand side of the page and there is an expandable bar listing all the items in your Shopping Cart. Specific styling for each shirt can be seen in the bar by pressing the “Style” and the styling details will be expanded.
If you want to view your entire cart and details in full page mode, you can click the View Cart button on the top right corner of your screen. There you can update the any items and styles in your cart.

Order Details :: Changing Style Details in the Cart

In your Shopping Cart, you can edit any style of a shirt by clicking “View/Edit Styles” to expand the details. Any feature can then be clicked on and changed via a drop-down window.

Gift Certificates :: Viewing Gift Certificates Received/Used
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can view your gift certificate history by going to “Your Account” and “View your gift certificate” on the left hand side. You can see the history of the purchases you have made for others and any balances you may have on existing gift certificates applied to your account.

Gift Certificates :: Buying a Gift Certificate
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Purchasing a gift certificate is simple. Just go o our gift certificate page here (enter link here) and fill out the information. An e-mail will be automatically sent to the recipient once the payment has been processed. Prefer a hard copy? Not a problem. Just select the “Send a Hard Copy” option and a copy will be sent to the sender.

Gift Certificates :: Gift Certificate Redemption
|

Upon receiving your certificate, you will be provided with a unique redemption code which you can enter when you enter your payment options. The gift certificate will then be applied to the balance of your order.

Gift Certificates :: Partial Redemption
|

MyTailor.com gift certificates can be partially redeemed. There will be a remaining balance in our system for partial credits. The gift certificate may be applied again the next time the customer places an order. We do not offer cash or credit refunds for unused or partial credits.

MyTailor.com gift certificates carry no expiration date. They can be redeemed any time after purchase.
