Accessing
Gift Certificate
Click
on the Gift Certificate picture from the MyTailor.com home page. |
Viewing Gift Certificates Received/Used
Click on Your Gift Certificates from the Ordering Information section of Your Account.
If you have received an Gift Certificate with the same email address as in the Gift Certificate than you can see the Gift Certificate status.
Also if you have used any Gift Certificate to pay for the Order you placed, all the details of the payments by Gift Certificates will be there.
Click on the Gift Certificate No./Claim Code to see the details of the redemption. |
Buying a Gift Certificate
Click
on the Gift Certificate picture from the MyTailor.com home page.
If you do not have an MyTailor.com account or you have not logged in then you will be prompted to sign in or create an MyTailor.com account.
If you have an MyTailor.com account and you have signed in, then you will see the Create Gift Certificate Page. Your name will be filled in the From name.
Fill all the information as per the instructions.
Optionally you may provide the Receiver's Mailing address.
Click on Continue button.
If you have not provided Credit Card details earlier than you will be prompted to fill the Credit Card Details.
After you supllpy Credit Card details, you are requested for confirmation for processing the Gift Certificate.
Click on Order Now to confirm buying the Gift Certificate.
If you need to change any information in the Gift Certificate click on Change Details
After you confirm the Gift Certificate you will be prompted with the process information. |
Gift Certificate Redemption
Gift Certificate can be redeemed against any order for making a new shirt.
Select your desired fabric, select the style, fill in the Sizes details and click on Proceed To CheckOut
If you have not signed in then you will be prompted to login.
If you don't have MyTailor.com account then you may create a new one.
After you SignIn/Create account, you will see the Order Confirmation page.
In the Credit Card section, click on Redeem Gift Certificate to Redeem your Gift Certificate
Fill in the Gift Certificate No. in the Claim Code box and fill the Email address as mentioned in Gift Certificate (it may be different from your email address of the MyTailor.com account)
Fill in the amount to redeem.
This amount can't exceed the Gift Certificate amount and can be less or same as the Order Amount.
Click on Continue to redeem for the Order or click on Cancel to return to the Order confirmation page without redeeming.
You should see the gift certificate amount redeemed and the amount to be charged by Credit Card if any, in the Order Details. |
Partial Redemption
You may redeem the Gift Certificate partially from the total amount as in the Gift Certificate.
You will see the details of the Gift Certificate redemption in the Your Gift Certificate section of Your Account.
The rest of the amount in the Gift Certificate can be used to redeem for your next order. |
Gift Certificate Expiry
Your Gift Certificate never expires.
However once you redeem the Gift Certificate to the full amount, you can't use it further. |
