to MyTailor.com. MyTailor.com provides their services to you subject to the
following conditions. If you visit or shop at MyTailor.com, your acceptance
of these conditions are required. Please read carefully; you're your use
of any current or future MyTailor.com services, will be subject to the
guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Order
Acceptance:
MyTailor, Inc may at times request verification of information prior to
acceptance and processing of an order. Verification may be requested, but not
limited to, company Purchase Orders and large ticket orders. Credit cards are
charged as soon as the order is entered into our database. MyTailor.com
reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order. Delivery is 5 to 8 weeks and
can run as slow as 10 weeks during the peak season.

Cancellation
Policy:
You may cancel any order within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee any order will be
cancelled if it has already been submitted for processing.

Fabric
Availability:
MyTailor.com may not have all fabrics in stock. Our online store does not
provide real-time stock availability.
|
Typographical
Errors:
MyTailor.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating
to pricing, copy, photography, or scanning. Please use the fabric description
as a guide. MyTailor.com reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order.

Security:
MyTailor.com online store uses industry standard SSL v2 (Secure Sockets Layer)
encryption technology to protect sensitive data including credit card
information. If you prefer, you may fax or call in your order and credit
card information.

Return
Policy:
Our clothing is 100% custom tailored and we have NO REFUND policy. We will do
everything to correct the error and replace the garment. No return will be
accepted without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any return
without a RMA number will be refused. You are responsible for return shipping
costs. Shipping and customs duties charges are not refundable. We recommend you
select a shipping carrier that provides a shipment tracking option and
insurance. MyTailor.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return.
MyTailor.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages
arising from purchases from our online store.

Sales
Tax:
Sales Tax is collected for orders within California. Tax rates are applicable
as per the delivery address’s county. Delivery addresses outside of California
will not incur sales tax assessment.

All items purchased from MyTailor.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our
delivery to the carrier. |

not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is
accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by
MyTailor.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in

of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and

Disputes

state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall

Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a
judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be
joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement,
whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
