Click on Your Account to see details of your personal information.

Sign in / Log in
You have to be signed in before completing an order and checking out. We recommend that you get in the habit of signing in as soon as you arrive at MyTailor.com. (It saves time later.)

There are several easy ways to Sign In:

1. Click the Signing here to review your Wardrobe link in the top left of the Homepage.
   
2. Click My Account from the top right corner of the site, or click the My Account Quick Link at the bottom left corner of the home page.
   
3. Go to My Wardrobe, where you will first be asked to sign in.
   
4. You can also get to the Sign In page after you click on Proceed to Checkout from our Shopping Cart.
5. You can sign in from the Measurement step if you click Match My Last Shirt from the Sizes Section.
   
6. Click Save your style selection in the Style selection page.
7. Click Save your Measurement link in the Style selection page.

Creating an account
Click on Create Account and you will be taken to the registration page. Fill the information required and click on Submit when you’re done. All items marked with a red star(*) are mandatory.

Remember my ID on this computer
Check this box and you won’t have to fill in your password every time you log in. You’ll be able to simply click Sign In, and you’re there. (Not advisable when using a public computer.)

View your profile
You see this page when you log in. It shows the information you have provided us, including telephone numbers, billing details and shipping address.

Personal Information:

Edit your email
You can change your email address by entering your new email address and then your current Password.

Edit your password
Change your Password by first typing the old one, then the new Password you want to use. Enter the new one again to confirm it.

Forgot your password
Enter your email and then answer to the secret question that you have supplied during registration. Your new password will be mailed to you.

Edit your personal info
Click here to make changes right on the screen.

Edit billing/shipping address
Shipping Address the same as Billing Address? If so, check the square provided under Shipping Address. If the Shipping Address is different, please enter the correct shipping address details.

Order Information:

View your gift certificates
View the gift certificates that you have received, and the ones you have purchased for others.

View your orders
You can see the Orders details that you have placed at MyTailor.com and/or from personal visits with one of our tailors. The Status of your Order is updated when the Order is ready or is delivered.

Payment Information:

Edit credit card information
Credit cards do expire. Please help us and save yourself the hassles by keeping your card information current.

Credit card information
Enter the Credit Card information as required. If you prefer not to provide it over the Internet, check the box Call or Fax Credit Card Information. Use the telephone or fax number provided to give us your credit card details. (If you uncheck this option, you have to enter credit card information to place an order.)
