What happens if my shirt doesn’t fit properly?

We won’t tire until your garments fit you the best they ever have! We offer our professional opinion in case you are unsure about how your new shirt is fitting. If you were measured in person, or are near one of our locations, please come back to see us so we can assess the fit of your garments. If you are remote, simply e-mail us 2-4 standard front and back pictures of yourself wearing the item (taken by another individual), with a brief explanation of your concerns to: info@mytailor.com

Any alterations or remakes are completely covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, except for customer weight changes. Orders under $200 you are responsible for return delivery. Orders over $200 receive complimentary return shipping.
